SHIPPING POLICY


Our products will be shipped from our warehouse in Michigan, USA.

Orders are shipped by USPS or UPS or DHL. Shipping cost is determined real time during checkout based on the dimension of the package.

Most orders will be processed within 48 business hours and will be shipped via USPS or UPS or DHL.

Orders placed after 12.00 PM EST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed after 12.00 PM EST on Friday or during weekends will be processed on Monday. We ship orders Monday through Friday excluding holidays.

Currently we ship only within USA. If you live in Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us and we would be happy to help you with the orders.

Pickup: If you live in Metro Detroit, Michigan area, please call us to schedule a pickup to avoid shipping charges.

 

 

RETURN POLICY


Note: Items purchased in any of our “SALE” are not eligible for return/refund/exchange. Except if we ship an incorrect product or a faulty product.

Any item which is unused or unopened may be returned for a store credit or a full refund within 07 days of purchase.

Items must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Please ensure that the item should be in the original packaging along with the shipping materials for us to process your refunds. We will not process items opened from the original manufacturer packaging.

If a bat is purchased along with our knocking service, the same cannot be returned.

We carefully inspect items before shipping. If you received a defective item by mistake we will replace it with the exact item. If the item is not available in stock we will help you in finding another item of equal or lesser price or specs. We will ship you the replacement item once we receive the defective item.

All returns/exchanges should be approved by us before you send the item back. Please email/whatsapp us the details along with the pictures. Ensure you have a written approval email before sending the item back to us.

If you receive a damaged package, or missing package, they are not covered in warranty, until you have purchased insurance for the shipping.
